THE COURSE This is evidence-led professional education, not a technology demonstration. The program examines how emotional intelligence, clinical judgement and artificial intelligence interact under uncertainty — and where they should remain deliberately separate. You will work through four advanced modules: A1 — Human Judgement, Emotion and AI Under Clinical Uncertainty A2 — Sociotechnical Workflow Redesign A3 — Empathy, Communication, Psychological Safety and Change A4 — Governance, Validation and Responsible Implementation WHAT YOU WILL LEAVE WITH • a practical framework for deciding what to automate, augment or keep human-led; • a method for evaluating AI evidence and transferability; • a human-in-the-loop control model for higher-risk workflows; • communication approaches for patients, teams and change; • a governance framework and 30/60/90-day implementation plan. EVIDENCE STANDARD The course draws on peer-reviewed research and major institutional frameworks including leading university research, NEJM AI, WHO, NIST, professional guidance and implementation science. Vendor claims are treated as hypotheses until independently tested. START HERE After joining the private program, open Course Introduction for the course map, evidence standard and learning outcomes. Then work through A1–A4 in sequence. ATTENDANCE & CERTIFICATE Teaching runs 09:00–12:00 and 13:00–16:00 each day. PEAK records attendance at all four live sessions. A Certificate of Attendance requires all four sessions to be verified. Professional CP(i)D/CME recognition is subject to relevant professional-body approval or rules.
