THE COURSE This is advanced executive education, not an AI-product demonstration. The program examines where AI creates economic value, where it can degrade decision quality, how work should be redesigned, how leaders should manage the human consequences of change, and what boards should require before material AI uses are scaled. You will work through four advanced modules: B1 — Decision Quality at the Jagged Technological Frontier B2 — Workflow and Operating-Model Redesign B3 — Leading People Through AI-Related Change B4 — Board and Executive Governance of AI WHAT YOU WILL LEAVE WITH • a task-level framework for assessing AI opportunity and risk; • an operating-model redesign method rather than a licence-deployment mindset; • a practical approach to human-AI decision rights and control points; • a leadership model for workforce change and psychological safety; • a board-ready governance framework and 90-day roadmap. EVIDENCE STANDARD The course draws on peer-reviewed and institutional research including Harvard/BCG field experiments, MIT and QJE productivity research, Stanford HAI, NIST, organisational science and established emotional-intelligence and psychological-safety literature. Then work through B1–B4 in sequence. ATTENDANCE & CERTIFICATE Teaching runs 09:00–12:00 and 13:00–16:00 each day. PEAK records attendance at all four live sessions.
